Our scholarships and bursaries are among the most sought-after opportunities at Durban Girls’ College and are awarded on a highly competitive basis.
For your daughter to be considered for a scholarship, you must first complete an online Admissions Application. Once the application has been reviewed and approved by our Finance Executive, and your daughter meets the criteria below, you will be invited to submit a scholarship application. Please note that Scholarships Applications close on 18 February 2027.
A limited number of Academic, Sports, and Music scholarships, covering a percentage of tuition fees, are available at the Grade 8 entry level. These prestigious awards are held in high regard and remain in place throughout a girl’s senior school career. We expect recipients to uphold DGC’s core values – INTEGRITY, COURAGE, AGILITY, RESPECT and EMPATHY, and contribute meaningfully to the school.
